A leading plumbing supply distributor in Norcross, GA, is seeking a dependable Warehouse Order Picker / Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our fulfillment chain—accurately pulling, packing, and preparing plumbing supplies and parts for timely customer shipments.

Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment:

Accurately select, count, weigh, package, and label customer sales orders from pick sheets or RF scanners.

Quality & Accuracy Control:

Inspect pulled items to verify correctness and completeness before transferring finished pallets to the shipping staging platform.

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate a stand-up forklift to retrieve and stage parts throughout the warehouse.

Inventory Control:

Participate in regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain high inventory precision.

Discrepancy Reporting:

Promptly notify the warehouse supervisor of inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety concerns.

Warehouse Maintenance:

Maintain a tidy, organized work area and strictly observe all OSHA and facility safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Minimum 1+ years of warehouse order picking, packing, or fulfillment experience.

Equipment Skills:

Verifiable experience operating a stand-up forklift safely in narrow or busy warehouse aisles.

Technology:

Hands-on experience using handheld RF scanners for inventory tracking and order picking. Attention to

High accuracy in counting, reading product part numbers, and matching SKUs.

Reliability:

Punctual and dependable attendance for the 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM schedule, with flexibility to work occasional overtime when needed. Physical Requirements Ability to consistently lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.
