Job Overview 4pm-1230am/ night shift Production picker/ pay by case-must be efficient with pallet jack/RF scan gun/stacking/wrapping. Pay is based on case pick efficiency Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Picker and play a vital role in ensuring efficient order fulfillment and smooth warehouse operations. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining safety standards and inventory accuracy. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers and keep our warehouse running seamlessly. Responsibilities Use RF scanners, barcode scanning systems, and warehouse management systems to accurately pick orders according to specifications. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely and efficiently. Stock shelves, load and unload shipments, and organize inventory within the warehouse distribution area. Ensure proper packaging of products, including packing materials handling and quality control checks before shipping. Follow safety protocols diligently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety procedures during heavy lifting and equipment operation. Assist with inventory management tasks like stock counting, cycle counts, and updating inventory management systems to maintain accurate records. Support shipping & receiving processes by preparing items for dispatch or receipt, verifying shipments against orders, and maintaining organized storage areas. Requirements Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse operations, order picking, packing, and inventory management systems. Certification or experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while following safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail with proficiency in barcode scanning for logistics accuracy. Basic math skills for counting items, measuring packages, and verifying quantities. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and barcode scanning technology. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to safety protocol adherence and proper use of PPE at all times.
