Safety Compliance and Recruiting Podium Logistics Express is looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Safety Compliance and Recruiting Coordinator to help us grow the right way. This role is responsible for two critical areas of our company: protecting our safety standards and helping us find, qualify, and onboard great drivers. We are looking for someone who understands trucking, communicates well, follows through, and takes pride in building a strong, professional driver team. About the Role This position will help oversee DOT compliance, driver qualification files, safety procedures, onboarding, driver communication, and recruiting efforts for company drivers and lease purchase drivers. This person must be comfortable talking with drivers, reviewing records, managing details, following regulations, and holding people accountable in a professional and respectful way. compliance. Review MVRs, PSP reports, medical cards, CDL status, and required documentation. Assist with driver onboarding, orientation, and safety training. Monitor driver performance, safety scores, violations, incidents, and accident reports. Help enforce company policies related to safety, equipment, logs, communication, and professionalism. Work with leadership to identify safety trends and correct issues before they become bigger problems. Recruit qualified CDL drivers for flatbed, OTR, regional, local hybrid, company driver, and lease purchase positions. Respond to applicants, screen candidates, and schedule interviews. Communicate with driver applicants throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate notes and recruiting records. Help represent Podium's culture, expectations, and opportunities clearly to potential drivers. What We Are Looking For Experience in trucking, transportation, logistics, driver recruiting, safety, or DOT compliance is preferred. Strong communication and follow up skills. Ability to speak confidently and professionally with drivers. Highly organized and detail oriented. Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, recruiting platforms, compliance systems, and basic office software. Ability to hold drivers accountable while still treating people with respect. Understanding of DOT regulations, hours of service, driver files, inspections, and safety practices is a must. Self motivated, dependable, and able to work with limited supervision. Pay:

$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
