Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
General Duties :
Packing of food related items in accordance with company procedures, ensuring GMP standards are met. Gather necessary supplies and packaging needed for the day's shift. Cleaning and sanitize area, ensuring GMP standards are met. Perform end of day sanitation procedures. Complete Production and Sanitation Logs.
Requirements:
Able to complete repetitive tasks for extended periods. Able to stand in place or on feet for duration of shift. Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs occasionally. Occasional exposure to temperatures of 32° Fahrenheit and less Occasional mobility up and down single flight of stairs. Display time management skills Display personal hygiene standards
Education, Training, Skills and Experience:
Read, write, and comprehend the English language. Proficient writing skills. Proficient communication skills, (both oral and written). Basic mathematic skills, (add, subtract, multiple, divide). 1 or more years of experience in food preparation, food production or related field preferred but not required. Proficient knowledge in sanitation, safety and hygiene standards preferred but not required.
