In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Your energetic approach and commitment to efficiency will help drive our warehouse operations forward, supporting seamless distribution and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Use scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick orders according to specifications Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools to load, unload, and move materials safely Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure proper placement of items for easy access during picking and packing processes Assist with shipping and receiving activities, verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders Perform quality control checks on picked items to ensure accuracy and product integrity Pack products securely for shipment, utilizing appropriate packaging techniques to prevent damage during transit Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by adhering to safety protocols and handling heavy lifting with proper techniques Skills Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for efficient order picking and inventory control Strong understanding of materials handling, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment processes Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in warehouse distribution, stocking, picking & packing, and quality control procedures Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order picking and inventory management Join our team if you're ready to bring energy, precision, and enthusiasm to a rewarding role that keeps our warehouse running smoothly!
