Job Description
Overview Cream & Sugar Hawaiʻi is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and friendly person to join our bakery ʻohana as a Part-Time Production & Order Fulfillment Team Member! At Cream & Sugar, we're a family-owned bakery and we believe in creating a warm, welcoming environment where everyone on our team feels valued and supported. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team, and wants to grow with us. What you'll do: Fulfill and organize daily bakery orders Carefully pack and prepare products for their designated stores and accounts Verify products and quantities to make sure every order is accurate Label and organize completed orders for distribution Assist with general bakery production and packaging as needed Keep the workspace clean, organized, and food-safe Communicate with the team about order discrepancies or special requests Work together with the bakery team to keep production running smoothly We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail and organization Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks Able to follow instructions Comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, and moving products, including lifting up to 50 lbs as needed Able to work both independently and as part of a team Willing to learn and help wherever needed Previous bakery, food-service, production, or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train the right person! Part-time. Days and hours will vary based on bakery production needs, with weekday evening availability preferred.
