Pack products into boxes, bags, and retail-ready packaging. Inspect products to ensure quality and food safety standards are met. Palletize and organize finished products for shipping. Prepare and box products for customer orders and distribution. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all food production, quality, and safety procedures. Lift up to 20 lbs and remain active throughout the shift. Essential Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. General labor, packing, or production experience preferred. Basic machine operation experience is a plus. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, food production, or assembly is preferred but not required.
