This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, understand the importance of quality and safety, and are familiar with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices). Employees will work a rotating schedule , alternating between a 3-day, 12-hour workweek and a 4-day, 10-hour workweek. ScheduleShift A Day Shift Week 1: Monday-Wednesday, 7:00 AM-7:00 PM Week 2: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM Shift B Night Shift Week 1: Monday-Wednesday, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM Week 2: Monday-Thursday, 5:30 PM-4:00 AM Shift C Day Shift Week 1: Thursday-Sunday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM Week 2: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 AM-7:00 PM Shift D Night Shift Week 1: Thursday-Sunday, 5:30 PM-4:00 AM Week 2: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM Please note: The schedule rotates between the two weekly schedules. Candidates must be able to consistently work the assigned shift and rotating hours. Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures. Follow all GMP, safety, quality, and production requirements. Perform production, packaging, assembly, or processing duties as assigned. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Complete required production and quality documentation accurately. Inspect products and materials for quality and consistency. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Communicate production, quality, or equipment issues to leadership. Meet established production and quality standards. Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, food production, pharmaceutical, or similar experience preferred. Must be familiar with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices). Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential. Ability to work rotating 10- and 12-hour shifts. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be willing to follow all company safety and quality procedures.
