Benefits:
New hires will have check-ins at 60 days to ensure they have the support and resources needed for success. This check-in does not affect pay, as pay increases occur at 90 days and 6 months after hire. SUMMARY OF AVAILABLE POSITIONS
Our Assemblers and Operators work as part of a team performing multiple duties for the production of window and door products. The team member's assigned team and tasks will vary based on business necessity.
