Position Summary Everflow Supplies is seeking a safety-focused and dependable Cherry Picker Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, staging, and preparing customer orders for shipment while operating a cherry picker in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate has experience operating warehouse equipment, using RF scanners, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity. What You'll Do Safely operate a cherry picker to retrieve and store products throughout the warehouse. Perform pre-shift inspections of equipment and report any mechanical or safety concerns immediately. Accurately pick customer orders using pick tickets and RF scanners, ensuring the correct product, quantity, size, and color are selected. Assemble and stage orders on pallets for shipment. Transport completed orders to designated shipping or staging areas. Verify that all shipments are complete, accurate, and free from damage before shipping. Report damaged merchandise, quality concerns, or inventory discrepancies to management. Tag and report open or damaged cartons stored on warehouse racks to maintain a safe work environment. Receive, unpack, count, sort, and label incoming products as needed. Utilize barcode scanning equipment and warehouse inventory systems to maintain accurate inventory records. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety policies and procedures. Communicate equipment, product, or facility issues promptly to the Shipping Supervisor or Manager. Support warehouse operations by performing additional duties as assigned. What You'll Bring Required Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience operating a cherry picker in a warehouse or distribution environment. Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems. Ability to accurately read and interpret pick tickets and shipping documents. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with supervisors and coworkers. Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
