PM Pay:

$18.00/hr PROMAN Staffing is seeking a Value-Added Services (VAS) Associate to join a growing warehouse team. This position is responsible for preparing finished goods for customer delivery through labeling, kitting, repackaging, quality inspections, and other customer-specific requirements.

Responsibilities:

Perform labeling, repackaging, kitting, bundling, and product customization Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and customer specifications Assist with picking, packing, and staging orders Operate RF scanners, warehouse management systems, and automated warehouse equipment Maintain accurate documentation and inventory tracking Support multiple warehouse functions as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work closely with team members to meet operational goals

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or VAS experience preferred but not required Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures Comfortable using warehouse technology and RF scanners Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods English required For immediate consideration, text VAS to 630-896-1600.
