Warehouse Picker/Packer Job Description:

We are seeking dependable and motivated Pickers and Packers in Elwood, IL. This assignment offers steady hours, a competitive pay rate, and is an excellent opportunity to earn extra income.

Assignment Details & Pay:

Pay Rate:

$17.49 / hour

Schedule:

5:30 AM•2:00

PM Overtime:

4:00 AM•2:00

PMWork Week:

Monday•Friday (with potential for additional Saturday work based on business volume)

Job Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment:

Accurately pick, sort, and pack customer orders for distribution using an RF scanner.

Shipment Preparation:

Securely package and prepare finished products for staging and shipment.

Efficiency:

Maintain a fast, consistent pace to meet daily warehouse production and shipping goals.

Safety & Upkeep:

Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
