Position Overview My Box Printing specializes in custom box packaging designed to help businesses present and protect their products while creating a strong visual impression. We are looking for an organized and dependable Order Picker to support the preparation of packaging materials, products, and customer orders for production and shipment. This position plays an important part in keeping materials available and ensuring the right items reach the correct work area on time. Key Responsibilities Review work orders and pick lists to determine required materials and quantities Locate packaging materials, products, and supplies throughout designated storage areas Select items accurately according to order and production requirements Inspect picked materials for visible damage or quality issues Verify quantities, item numbers, and other order information before moving materials Deliver picked materials to the appropriate production, packing, or staging area Organize completed picks so they are easy for the next team member to identify Help maintain organized storage locations for boxes, packaging materials, and supplies Replenish picking areas when materials become low Assist with receiving and putting away incoming materials Participate in routine inventory counts and report shortages or discrepancies Record basic picking or inventory information as required Keep aisles, shelves, and work areas clean and accessible Communicate missing materials or order problems to the appropriate team member Follow company procedures for safe lifting, material handling, and workplace safety Assist with other warehouse and fulfillment activities when needed Qualifications No previous experience required; training is provided High school diploma or equivalent required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to read and follow basic work orders and instructions Good organizational skills Reliable attendance and a responsible work ethic Basic computer skills Ability to communicate effectively with team members Comfortable working in a hands-on production and warehouse environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift materials during the workday Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new processes and procedures If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in learning about packaging and fulfillment operations, we encourage you to apply for the Order Picker position at My Box Printing.
