Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Case Picker to join our team in Morris, IL. This individual will be responsible for performing 100% case picking using electric pallet jacks (EPJ) and voice pick systems, ensuring all orders are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $21.75/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Monday-Friday, 5:30 am to 2 pm or 2:30 pm to 11:00pm Located in Morris, IL Duties and Responsibilities Perform case picking using EPJ and voice pick systems Accurately pick and stage orders based on system instructions Maintain productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines Inspect equipment and report any issues Keep work areas clean and organized Requirements and Qualifications Previous warehouse or case picking experience preferred Experience operating electric pallet jacks (EPJ) required or preferred Familiarity with voice picking systems preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift -- (Salary range based on experience) -- ABOUT
