Pack Associate Pay Rate:

$19.00 per hour

First Shift:

7 AM - 3:30

PM Second Shift:

3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Position Summary The Pack Associate is responsible for accurately packing small HVAC parts and service components for customer and dealer orders within a high-volume distribution center. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customers receive the correct products on time and in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities Accurately pack HVAC parts and service components for shipment Utilize RF scanners and pick tickets to verify part numbers, quantities, and order accuracy Select appropriate cartons, dunnage, and packaging materials to ensure damage-free shipments Label, seal, and stage packages for outbound shipping Maintain productivity and quality standards while meeting daily goals Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to leadership Follow all safety policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked packing station Assist with rework projects and peak-season volume demands as needed Work collaboratively with Picking, Shipping, Inventory, and Quality teams to support operational success Qualifications Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, or distribution experience preferred Experience using RF scanners is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform warehouse duties throughout the shift What We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working as part of a team, and can maintain a high level of accuracy in a busy warehouse environment.
