We are currently seeking a Production Packer to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in product quality, and wants to be part of a company that values its employees. What You'll Do As a Production Packer, you will play a key role in ensuring our finished products are packed accurately, safely, and efficiently before moving on for palletizing. Your attention to detail helps ensure our customers receive consistent, high‑quality products every time.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Safely inspecting and packing finished product into shipping containers Performing visual and pressure checks to ensure product quality and seal integrity Preparing boxes and partitions prior to production start‑up Maintaining a clean, organized packing area Ensuring correct counts and proper coding on boxes Communicating quality or safety concerns to operators or supervisors Working collaboratively with machine operators and supervisors to meet production goals What We're Looking For Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment Basic math and counting skills with verbal communication ability Ability to read and understand English instructions and procedures Strong attention to detail and quality awareness Willingness to be flexible and assist with tasks as needed Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. (equipment‑assisted push/pull up to 100 lbs.)
