Teutopolis, IL Compensation:

Starting rate is $19.00 - $26.00 per hour, prior experience may warrant a higher rate. PTO available after 7 days. Overtime premiums paid over 40 hours worked in a week. Double time pay for time worked on Sundays. Bonus based on financial performance of the company.

Responsibilities :

Pack & seal 50 pound bags using packing equipment and hand stacking of bags. Willingness to learn other skills which will include sanitation of plant, operate automated controls for flour blending equipment, loading trucks, and other production skills. Ensure product safety by following all GMP's set forth for a food plant. Requires physical cleaning of work area to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Must adhere to tight packing schedule to ensure product arrives at customer on time. Must work closely with fellow employees and outside employees to complete job tasks.

Qualifications:

Individual must excel in: respect, trust, and responsibility, striving for continuous improvement, commitment to excellence. Must have High School Diploma or GED, with the ability to read, write and perform mathematics. Ability to operate equipment such as a Packer, Computer Controls, and Forklift. Knowledge of machinery and ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to review and confirm paperwork is completed accurately. Ability to help with inventory and ordering of packing supplies. Ability to perform detailed and repetitive work with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to lift 50 lbs bags and stand for extended periods of time.

Hours:

7:30am-4:00pm Mon-Fri, with shift work, overtime, weekends and call ins as needed.
