Picker and Packer Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Picker and Packer to join our team with a shift from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The role involves handling eyeglass frames, ensuring they are cleaned and prepared to meet quality standards. This position is vital for fulfilling orders accurately and maintaining inventory control. Responsibilities Safely accommodate and handle eyeglass frames, ensuring all frames are cleaned to meet quality standards. Pick, box, wrap, and pack merchandise in accordance with company procedures and standards to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Assist with inventory management, maintaining accurate stock levels, and organizing items in the warehouse. Properly tag and label frames, create labels, and ensure all merchandise is clearly marked and identifiable. Handle returns efficiently, processing items to ensure they are accurately logged and returned to stock when necessary. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and ensuring the workspace is free of hazards.
