We are seeking a diligent and skilled Order Picker to join our team in the Vernon Hills, IL area. What will you be responsible for as a Order Picker on a daily basis? Perform quality control by accurately picking product for outbound shipments by following a paper pick, RF scanner, or voice-picking device. Check products to ensure no visible damage before shipping. Report damaged packages, labeling issues, or operational concerns to management. Keep conveyors and sensors clear of obstructions to maintain continuous conveyor flow. Who qualifies for the Order Picker roles? Must be able to perform 8 or more hours of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying products in combination at any given time. Must be comfortable rotate to other job functions in the warehouse, including cross-department functions, for training and operational purposes. High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift up to 50 lb. What hours will the Order Picker work? 2nd shift Mon-Fri The hours are 12 pm - 8:30pm. Must be able to work OT. How much will you earn as an Order Picker? Pay $19/hr.
