Packer Vernon Hills, IL Up to $17 an hour - Full-time Up to $17 an hour - Full-time At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Packer to work with a leading company in the healthcare manufacturing sector in Vernon Hills. This role is essential for maintaining high quality standards and ensuring efficient production flow in a fast-paced environment. Shift Patterns Monday-Friday, 3rd Shift 11:00PM to 7:00AM Pay Rates 17.00 USD hourly Must-have Requirements for Packer Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Capability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods, including four or more consecutive hours. Flexibility and willingness to work at different production stations as operational needs require. Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while reporting any equipment or quality concerns to supervisors. Desirable Requirements for Packer Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging environment. Experience operating or assisting with production machinery and performing quality inspections. Familiarity with workplace safety practices, quality control processes, and lean manufacturing principles. Role for Packer Inspect, package, and prepare finished products in accordance with company quality standards. Monitor product flow through processing equipment and assist with basic equipment troubleshooting. Report equipment malfunctions, production downtime, or quality concerns to supervisors.
