Capability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods, including four or more consecutive hours. Flexibility and willingness to work at different production stations as operational needs require. Desirable Requirements for Packer Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging environment. Experience operating or assisting with production machinery and performing quality inspections. Familiarity with workplace safety practices, quality control processes, and lean manufacturing principles. Role for Packer Inspect, package, and prepare finished products in accordance with company quality standards. Monitor product flow through processing equipment and assist with basic equipment troubleshooting. Report equipment malfunctions, production downtime, or quality concerns to supervisors.
