Operate very basic Packing and inspection related equipment. Use basic measuring devices and report discrepancies to the Lead person. Safely operate all required lifting/moving devises Participate attentively in and apply all required product, process, and safety training. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. Accurately record time of jobs packed and workday on computer (will train). Absolutely reliable attendance at work. Compliance with relevant policies, procedures and instructions, including Code of Conduct Qualifications Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Able to read and write in English; bilingual Spanish ideal. Able to follow basic verbal and written instructions. Use basic math skills for counting and measuring. Work at a fast past sorting and packing parts efficiently. Capable of standing, using hand trucks, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs. Perform as expected starting at $16 - $19 depending on shift (shift differential is 10% above base rate).
