Outbound Warehouse Processor Woodwind & Brasswind United States, Indiana, Brownsburg 950 East Northfield Drive (Show on map) Jul 30, 2026 POSITION SUMMARY Fulfill store replenishment and customer orders for the Music & Arts department by accurately picking, packing, stacking, and preparing cartons for shipment. Utilize DAX and RF Smart systems to process both conveyable and non-conveyable merchandise. This role supports overall distribution center productivity by ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Major responsibilities of the position are listed below. To perform the job successfully, the individual must be able to execute each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties, assignments and specific projects may be assigned at the discretion of executive management. Fulfill store replenishment and customer orders by accurately picking, packing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Operate warehouse equipment including RF scanners, pallet jacks, and computer systems to process orders. Use RF scanners to enter and track product movement within the RF Smart system. Verify product accuracy while picking and packing orders to ensure correct items and quantities are processed. Inspect products during order processing and notify Supervisors of any damaged merchandise. Maintain department safety and housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe work environment. Demonstrate flexibility by assisting in other production areas as needed based on workload demands. Communicate effectively with team members and maintain positive working relationships across departments. Perform other duties as assigned by the area Supervisor or Manager
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
Ability to read and write in English and perform basic arithmetic. Aptitude for working with DAX and RF Smart systems to accurately process and track orders. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency when processing orders and entering data. Demonstrated reliability with the ability to maintain an excellent attendance record. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility to support other production areas and adapt to changing priorities. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively share information across departments. Positive attitude and demonstrated support for company goals.
PHYSICAL DEMAND AND WORK EFFORT
Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs on a regular basis. Regular physical activity required, including lifting, pulling, reaching, carrying, pushing, standing, walking, stooping, and bending.
