Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and supports childhood development milestones. Plan engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and developmental needs of children in preschool and toddler care settings. Maintain accurate documentation of child progress, behavior reports, and compliance with mandated reporting laws to ensure safety and regulatory adherence. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to child welfare or special education needs. Manage classroom routines efficiently while fostering independence, social skills, and emotional regulation among children. Ensure all safety protocols are followed by maintaining first aid and CPR certifications; respond promptly to emergencies or health concerns. Experience CDA or higher preferred Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as daycare centers or preschools. Strong background in curriculum development, classroom management, and behavior management techniques tailored for young learners. Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention programs, and childhood development principles. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Prior experience teaching physical education or tutoring young children is preferred. Knowledge of mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety regulations is essential. Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 38.0 per week
