Pick/Pack - Brownsburg At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with Radial in Brownsburg. This role involves essential warehouse tasks such as scanning, receiving, sorting, picking, storing, and preparing merchandise for order replenishment. Shift Patterns Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with flexibility for 10-hour shifts and weekend work as needed. Pay Rates 16.75 USD hourly Must-have requirements for Pick/Pack Experience with picking, scanning, and accurately filling customer orders in a warehouse environment. Ability to ensure accuracy when selecting and scanning items to match order slips. Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout your shift. Experience using hand scanners, dual screens, or warehouse management systems. Ability to stay organized and focused when handling multiple orders or working in a fast-paced environment. Role for Pick/Pack Move merchandise to designated areas for inspection and stocking. Scan items against order slips to ensure the full order is filled with the correct merchandise. Utilize OPEX machinery and warehouse management systems to make accurate inventory changes. Assist with packing materials distribution and disposal of empty boxes.
