Job Summary Cutters Foam Fabricating, Inc. is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Gluers/Packers/Parts Runner to join our production team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating gluing guns to assemble polyurethane foam materials efficiently. This role requires a keen eye for quality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards. Duties Operate and monitor gluing guns to ensure proper application of adhesive. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards. Collaborate with team members to set up and prepare materials for production runs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good condition. Assist in troubleshooting glue gun issues and perform basic maintenance as needed. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Gluing experience a bonus. Must be able to read a tape measure . Ability to read work orders/cut sheets. Ability to fabricate components as required by production specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong work history required.
