Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as Gluers/Packers, where your precision and attention to detail will play a vital role in producing high-quality products. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for assembling, gluing, and packaging items efficiently while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and continuous improvement. We have openings on both 1st shift (start time 5 am) and 2nd shift (start time 4 pm). Only candidates with a strong work history will be considered. Duties Measure materials and finished goods using tape measure to ensure compliance with dimensional specifications. Apply adhesives and glue materials accurately during the assembly process, ensuring seamless seams and durable construction. Handle raw materials carefully to prevent damage and waste. Conduct quality checks throughout production by inspecting seam construction and overall product standards in accordance with established quality standards in production. Pack finished products securely following packaging protocols to ensure safe transportation and delivery while maintaining efficiency in workflow. Qualifications Familiarity with tape measure to verify product specifications. Understanding of safety standards in production environments to maintain a safe workspace for all team members. Ability to handle materials carefully while maintaining high-quality workmanship throughout the production cycle. Strong attention to detail combined with good manual dexterity for assembly tasks.
