$18.00/hr Key Responsibilities Verify accuracy of picked orders before they move to shipping Apply labels and required documentation Stage pallets in correct lanes for smooth shipping flow Maintain a clean, organized staging area Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies Operate a Stock Picker to retrieve orders—training provided Use light computer applications on Mac/iPad for order processing Perform basic math or calculator use for quantity checks Skills & Training Training provided on WMS and NetSuite Basic computer skills required Strong attention to detail—must be able to spot errors, mislabeled items, or incorrect quantities Cross-training opportunities available for growth Physical & Equipment Requirements Perform basic math or calculator use for quantity checks Comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet on an Order Picker Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly; may lift 100-500 boxes per day Able to stand for long periods Prior Order Picker or warehouse equipment experience is helpful but not required—training provided Physical & Equipment Requirements Who We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and consistent Team-focused and collaborative Detail-driven with strong accuracy Eager to learn and expand skills within the department Why Peoplelink?
