Job Description
Like steady, hands-on work? This role is repetitive, fast-moving, and focused preparing products to ship to our customers. If you take pride in staying organized and keeping things moving, you'll fit here. At Foamcraft, we make real products used every day. This role is critical to making that happen—you're the one bundling and wrapping custom foam fabrication in specific quantity amounts per the customers specifications and assisting in loading the truck to ship. What you'll do Gathers materials to ensure proper order completion Pack foam in the proper quantities String tie, plastic wrap, or plastic bag materials as directed Mark foam or attach labels to packages as directed Observing all safety rules and regulations Stay organized—keep materials clean, sorted, and easy to access Move materials throughout the department safely and efficiently Loading the trucks for shipment Step in to support other areas when needed What makes someone successful here You like to stay moving and stay busy throughout your shift You take pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly You're dependable—your team is counting on you You work well with others and support the team Experience Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is helpful—but not required If you've done physical, fast-paced work before, you'll likely do well here What to expect On your feet and moving most of the day Repetitive, process-driven work Lifting and moving materials (up to ~50 lbs at times) A fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts the team Why Foamcraft Stability
