Full Job Description Purpose:

Seal Out are responsible for ensuring final product packaging is correctly labeled and palletized pursuant to the customer's specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

Attend and be on time for all pre-shift production meetings Participation and adherence to all food safety and safety programs Completion of assigned Alchemy courses that are required throughout the year Clean production equipment following established Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP's) Ensure daily paperwork is completed Ensure packing set up is correct Ensure that all utensils, equipment, and work area is maintained in a clean and safe manner Assist other areas of production as needed Effectively communicate all relevant information to other production shifts and employees Welcome all new team members and train as assigned Immediately report any and all food safety and quality problems to management Follow all: Company policies Good manufacturing practices (GMP's) Food safety management system policies and procedures Sanitation procedures Food safety management system policies and procedures to protect the Brand through providing extraordinary value through food safety and product quality Safety policies and procedures
