Description:

Job Description This role offers the opportunity to work in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment on 3rd shift, performing production packing and inspection tasks for automotive parts. You will handle materials, use an RF scanner to track orders, and ensure products are correctly packed and ready for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work area. Responsibilities Unpack parts weighing up to 25 pounds in a safe and efficient manner. Use an RF scanner to accurately track orders and update inventory records. Re-pack products into totes according to work instructions and quality standards. Perform visual inspection of parts to identify defects or irregularities. Follow written work instructions to complete packing and production tasks correctly. Stand for the entirety of the shift while performing packing and material handling duties. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and surrounding area. Assist with general labor tasks such as loading, unloading, labeling, and material handling as needed. Support production and assembly processes by ensuring accurate packaging and inventory handling. Contribute to a safe work environment by following all facility guidelines and procedures. Essential Skills Experience with packaging and packing in a production or manufacturing environment. Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks safely. Ability to read and follow written work instructions accurately. Experience using RF scanners for order tracking and inventory management. Basic inspection skills, including visual inspection of parts for quality issues. Comfort with general labor tasks such as loading, unloading, and material handling. Ability to perform labeling and inventory-related tasks with attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing operations.
