Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Efficiently pick and pack orders according to established procedures and guidelines. Use handheld scanners or other equipment to track inventory and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to management. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment within the warehouse. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 30 pounds) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively. Basic computer skills for using inventory management systems. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and techniques.
