Job Description

SWA is hiring a Packing and Shipping Associate in Greenwood, IN!
Pay Up To:
$17/hour
Schedule:
Mon-Thurs/6:00am-4:30pm with overtime (Mon-Thurs/6:00am - 5:30pm) daily and Fridays 6:00am-11:00am if needed
Consideration Requirments:
Must pass a criminal background check, drug test, and DMV driving record check Must have a valid driver's license (no major infraction in the past 5 years) High school diploma or GED preferred- Proof to be presented upon hiring Experience in packing and shipping Experience with Microsoft Office required (Excel, Teams and Outlook) Willingness to learn and grow into future opportunities Self-starter with initiative Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds on a daily basis Able to bend, twist, turn, carry, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, etc Able to stand for prolonged periods Extended hours required during peak workloads or special projects
Daily Duties:
Stores incoming finished goods into inventory Retrieve parts from inventory for fulfilling sales orders and returns parts to stock after shipment Take accurate cycle counts Package and prepare parts for shipment Verifies accuracy and quality of packaging
