You'll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you're loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you'll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.In This Role You'll:
Reads labels and associated documents printed in English. Counts and calculates using basic math skills. Lifts, carries and stacks product up to 75 pounds at a height of up to 7 feet. Maintains high focus in an environment of many obstacles and distractions. Uses push/pull motions in building pallets up to 8 feet high. Operates electric forklift and electric, stand-up rider pallet jack. Maintains productivity and accuracy according to engineered work standards. Cleans work area using a mop, broom, or electric sweeper vac. Due to the nature of our 24-hour business, work schedules vary. Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary. What We're Looking For Productivity standard of 95% must be met within the first 120 days of employment as measured by the engineered work standards system. Job knowledge- Basic understanding of the requirements of each type of assignment, correct operation of equipment and functions/processes related to job, and good overall understanding of GSF. Schedule & Setting:
Shift start time: 10PM, Tuesday-Saturday Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer:- 5 °F to 38 °F) Primarily a 5-day work week, Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods
Pay & Benefits:
