Health, vision, dental insurance. Paid time off. Sick time. Paid holidays. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jewelry Packing Associate to join our fast-paced team. This position is responsible for accurately preparing, packaging, and shipping jewelry orders while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working with computers, and able to stay focused while performing repetitive tasks. During holiday season there will be mandatory overtime and six day work weeks. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, inspect, and pack jewelry orders for shipment. Verify product details, quantities, and customer order information. Operate computer systems and order-processing software. Print shipping labels and ensure packages are properly prepared. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient packing workstation. Meet daily packing and productivity goals. Identify discrepancies, damaged items, or order errors and report them promptly. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Follow company procedures for handling jewelry and customer orders. Office cleaning duties (vacuum, take out trash/recycling, wipe down work areas.) Qualifications and Requirements High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Basic to intermediate computer knowledge is required. Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently or as part of a team. Previous packing, shipping, warehouse, or e-commerce experience is a plus, but not required. Must be able to successfully complete a background check in accordance with company policy.
