Temp to Hire Position Summary We are seeking a dependable Order Picker to support daily warehouse operations, including picking, staging, receiving, and shipping. This position operates an order picker approximately 90% of the workday, so candidates must be comfortable working at heights. Training will be provided to the right candidate. Previous warehouse equipment experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Pick and stage orders accurately and efficiently. Assist with receiving and shipping activities. Operate an order picker for most of the workday. Use RF scanners to track inventory and warehouse activities. Safely move materials and products throughout the warehouse. Follow all workplace safety procedures. Maintain an organized and clean work area. Qualifications Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working at heights and operating an order picker. Valid and active driver's license required . Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Ability to follow instructions and work independently and as part of a team.
