What You Need:
§ High school diploma or equivalent. § Computer skills and comfort with accurate data entry. § Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. § Basic math skills including reading fractions and decimals. § Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. § Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, communicate respectfully and directly, ask for help when needed, and raise errors, concerns, and safety issues promptly. § Maintain a physically safe environment. It would be helpful if you had: § Experience with inspection or quality support processes. § Familiarity with inventory systems, barcode scanning, and ERP software.
