Job Description

Join a Local, Family-Owned Business with Over 40 Years in New Albany! Squire Boone Village is a nationally recognized manufacturer of crystal rock candy, souvenirs, and gifts, supplying top tourist destinations across the U.S. We take pride in our family-friendly atmosphere and steady, reliable work schedules —with no required weekends or overtime!
Job Overview:
We're looking for Packaging and Assembly Associates to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for packaging candy and souvenir items in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM
  • 2:30 PM No weekends, no required overtime!
Reliable daily transportation and a short commute to New Albany (under 20 minutes) preferred.
What You'll Do:
Package candies and souvenir items in bags, tubs, and boxes. Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals. Ensure all products are correctly weighed, labeled, and stored. Maintain basic knowledge of production equipment and processes. Perform additional duties as needed—every day is a little different!
What We're Looking For:
Ability to quickly and safely learn production operations. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs occasionally. Strong hand dexterity for packaging various products.
