Folder Gluer Operator/Catcher - 1st Shift and 3rd Shift Richmond, IN Pay $18-$24 (based on experience) Full-Time | 1st Shift and 3rd Shift 1st

6:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. 3rd

We are hiring a Folder Gluer Operator for a well-established print and packaging company in Richmond, IN. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience who take pride in producing high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Set up materials and prepare the folder gluer for production. Read and follow job jackets and production instructions. Perform line clearances and quality inspections. Monitor product quality and notify supervisors of any issues. Pack, label, and prepare finished products for shipment. Complete required quality checks and documentation. Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment clean-up. Perform manual production duties including lifting, packaging, taping, labeling, sorting, and case making. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with fulfillment and assembly as needed. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Manufacturing or folder gluer experience preferred. Ability to read and follow written instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Able to lift, stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Why Apply?
