Egg Washer/Packer

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Egg Washer/Packer to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. This is an agriculture startup with potential to grow as the company grows. The job will consist of working with the distribution manager to grade and wash eggs in our facility, and pack them for distribution to retail and food service partners. This role requires the physical ability to lift cases of eggs, move large pallets of eggs, and be on your feet for long periods of time. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packaged efficiently and accurately for distribution. This position requires a strong focus on quality control and adherence to safety protocols while working collaboratively with other team members.

PART TIME

Tuesday-Thursday PAY:

$300/Week Duties Pack products into boxes or containers according to specifications and quality standards. Inspect items for defects or damages before packaging. Label packages accurately, ensuring all necessary information is included. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Assist in inventory management by tracking packaged items and reporting discrepancies. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to pass a background check. Previous experience in packing, assembly line work, or manufacturing is an advantage but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Good physical stamina, as the role may require standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights. Basic math skills for counting and measuring products as needed. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks within the production process.
