Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and safety procedures Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred but not required

Experience performing quality inspections and packaging tasks is a plus

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Willingness to learn machine and mold operation processes

Ability to follow production standards and safety guidelines Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and work for extended periods during a 12-hour shift

Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy

Capable of lifting, moving, and packaging products as needed

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with production equipment Job Duties Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company specifications

Package finished plastic cutlery products according to established standards

Assist with mold setup and machine operation activities

Monitor production processes and report any quality concerns

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures
