Job Description
323 Staffing Solutions is hiring Packaging Associates for immediate openings in the Owensboro area. In this role, you will help inspect, label, and package products while working closely with the production team to meet daily quality and productivity goals. We are looking for dependable team players who can work safely, follow packaging specifications, and contribute to an efficient production environment. Responsibilities Accurately mark and label containers Count products and packaging materials Inspect containers and packaged products to ensure they meet required specifications Identify and remove defective products or materials Remove completed products from the production area Seal containers and materials using adhesives, fasteners, and hand tools Load products and materials into packaging equipment Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications and Physical Requirements Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability, with or without reasonable accommodation, to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment Steel-toed footwear is required Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening #2223
