standards preferred Key Responsibilities Transfer materials from Work in Process to Finished Goods storage. Count parts accurately by hand or with a counting scale. Verify inventory and complete required documentation. Store materials efficiently in designated locations. Package products and prepare shipments. Follow written work instructions and company procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area according to 5S standards. Identify and report quality or process concerns to leadership. Support Kaizen and other continuous-improvement initiatives. Follow all safety guidelines and operating procedures. Assist with creating or updating work instructions as needed.
