Responsibilities Inspecting quality of gel packs, ensuring no leaks Packing gel packs flat in boxes or trays Palletizing cases of gel packs (lifting 45lbs frequently throughout shift) Changing film roll (lifting up to 100lbs with a partner multiple times throughout shift) Wearing required PPE on production floor Cleaning workstation at the end of shift Stocking workstation at the end of shift Ensuring workstation is safe to work in throughout shift, cleaning any debris or gel spills on the floor during shift Following instructions from shift Leader(s)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to walk, stand, bend, and twist for prolonged periods of time Ability to lift 50lbs. Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with production environments Mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools, power tools, or assembly line equipment is advantageous Warehouse experience, including operating forklifts (certification preferred), is a plus Ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift while maintaining safety standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in packaging processes Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety procedures Join us in creating high-quality products while developing your skills in a vibrant manufacturing setting!
