Requirements At least one year of warehouse, shipping, logistics, or production experience High school diploma or GED preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to identify shipment discrepancies Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English Basic computer and documentation skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift Ability to work in a loud, non-temperature-controlled warehouse Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts Ability to wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures Job Duties Apply protective materials to outbound shipments Follow packaging and load-securement instructions Inspect freight for quality, accuracy, and documentation compliance Accept or reject loaded trailers based on established standards Verify securement materials and applicable expiration dates Apply appropriate mats for domestic and export shipments Confirm the correct products and trailer numbers Inspect trailers for damage, contamination, and debris Complete warehouse and shipping documentation Photograph secured, completed, and sealed trailers Report quality or trailer concerns to management Coordinate with dock managers, supervisors, office staff, and drivers Follow all company safety procedures Perform additional duties as assigned Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
