Responsibilities of the Feeder | Packer Prepare and load materials onto the production line. Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality. Pack finished products into designated containers or packaging. Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets. Requirements of the Feeder | Packer High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if needed.
