General:

Responsible for verifying proper labeling of finished cartons, removing finished cartons of product from the finishing department conveyor system, sorting the cartons by job order items and palletizing, and creating supporting documentation in the form of pallet count reports. 1st and 2nd Shifts available for packing, 2nd Shift Packing and machine operation. Finishing Manager Responsibilities:

Review palletizing specifications. Remove cartons of finished product from finishing department conveyor system. Sort cartons of finished product as per label information and order specifications. Inspect cases of finished product for damage and proper tape seal and repair/rework any cartons. are not acceptable. Palletize cartons of finished product as per outside dimension limitations and specific customer requirements. Count cases per item and per pallet. Create supporting documentation in the form of pallet count reports. Release pallets of finished product and documentation to shipping/inventory process. Performs housekeeping tasks in and around workstation. All other tasks as assigned. The Ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications:

High school graduate or GED Ability to read, write, speak and understand English, Must be competent and accurate in basic arithmetic computations, (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication & Division) Material handling, Pressroom , warehouse, shipping or inventory experience preferred. The ability to handle multiple tasks at once, initiative, and strong attention to detail skills are all desirable. IND_

ORANGE Pay:

$16.50 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
