Overview:

Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Packer and/or Inventory Clerk, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient order fulfillment and inventory management. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of warehouse equipment and systems, contributing directly to our commitment to excellence in distribution operations. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us maintain high standards safety, accuracy, and productivity. The Bee's Knees is an independent, Women owned, online retail store. This position will be based at our Maynard fullfilment center. Initial hours will be 25 to 35 per week with extra required during peak seasons.

Duties:

Pack online orders to a high standard including tissue and bubble wrapping and boxing of delicate items. Full training will be given as we use precise packing measures to protect our fragile stock. Inputting weights and dimensions into our shipping system. Printing labels. Pulling orders for packing. Unpacking incoming shipments and adding them to our database.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Experience with shipping & receiving procedures, quality control checks, and order picking & packing processes Previous experience in a packing role preferred Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate packing and labeling of items Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members Excellent computer skills with inventory database experience a plus
