Industrial Packer Westfield, MA Apply Industrial Packer Job description Westfield coatings manufacturer currently seeking industrial packers on 1st shift. Full time, temp-hire opportunity! Candidates will be assisting in making batches, packing and shipping products as instructed. Previous packing, machine operation and background with coatings/paints is a plus!
Duties include:
- Locating appropriate batch tank to filled off batch ticket instructions
- Pre-mix material before packaging
- Locate appropriate filtration and packaging materials as indicated
- Must be able to follow basic instructions and pay attention to detail
- Clean batch tank and material using appropriate cleaning solutions
- Apply appropriate labels
- Move packaged materials to warehouse with forklift assistance
- Computer data entry into inventory system and when printing labels.
