We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Packer to join a growing production team in Worcester, MA! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on manufacturing experience in a steady, full-time, Monday-Friday position. No formal education or extensive experience is required! What You'll Be Doing As a Packer, you will be an important part of the production team, helping prepare products for storage and shipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Packing small components and products according to specifications Preparing products for storage and shipment Assembling boxes, cartons, and other shipping containers Sealing, labeling, and securing packages for safe shipment Performing visual and basic mechanical inspections Maintaining inspection and production logs Reporting quality concerns to the Production Supervisor Keeping your work area, tools, and equipment clean and organized Following established safety, quality, and packaging procedures What We're Looking For Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply! Manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks Good hand dexterity, especially when working with small components Reliable attendance and a stable work history Ability to follow instructions and established procedures Strong time management skills Ability to work independently with general supervision Physical Requirements Ability to sit and stand for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive packing tasks Ability to move between workstations as needed Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
