You will operate a stand-up order picker to pick product from racking and get orders out the door accurately and safely. Schedules include a rotating Wednesday.

What You'll DoOperate a stand-up order picker (cherry picker) and other powered industrial trucks safelyPick cases from rack locations at height using an RF scannerBuild, stack, and stage pallets so they are stable and ready for outbound loadingMove product to the correct staging and storage locationsComplete a pre-shift equipment inspection and report any issues to a supervisorFollow all safety rules, including fall protection, lockout/tagout, and 5S standardsKeep your work area clean and organizedCommunicate workload and safety concerns to team leads and supervisorsWhat You NeedAt least 6 months of forklift experience (certification is not required)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (typical case weight is 20 to 30 lbs)Comfort working at height on an order picker platformAbility to pass a background check and drug screenReliable attendanceAbility to follow written and verbal instructions and work at a steady paceTrainingNew hires complete equipment and safety training before operating on their own. The first week focuses on quality and getting familiar with the site, not speed targets.
